NutriFoodGuide publishes evidence-based nutrition information for everyday life. This policy explains how we research, write, and review our content, and the standards every article is held to before publication.
What we cover
We publish educational content about nutrients, food sources, everyday nutrition questions, and healthy eating habits. NutriFoodGuide does not provide medical diagnosis, personalized treatment plans, or supplement recommendations tied to specific health conditions.
How we research our content
Articles are based on information from reputable sources, which may include government health agencies, major academic and research institutions, and peer-reviewed scientific literature. Every article includes a References section listing the sources used.
Writing and review process
Each article displays who wrote it. Where a subject-matter reviewer or fact-checker has been involved, their name and credentials are shown on the article. We do not display reviewer information unless a real, named reviewer has actually reviewed that specific piece.
Corrections
If you believe an article contains an error, please contact us at [contact email] with the article title and a description of the issue. We review correction requests and update articles when a factual error is confirmed. Significant updates are reflected in the article’s “Last updated” date.
Advertising and editorial independence
NutriFoodGuide may generate revenue through advertising, affiliate partnerships, and sponsorships (see our Advertising Disclosure and Affiliate Disclosure). Advertisements are always clearly labeled and kept visually separate from editorial content. Sponsors and advertisers do not influence what we write or how we evaluate a topic.
